Cloud 9 provided top-notch service from the day I sent them a message on Facebook. The team showed up to do a thorough estimate, explained their process, and answered all questions that I had. The great service didn’t stop there. I was traveling during this time frame; they went above and beyond to meet with my adjuster multiple times on my behalf. From there, they went even more above and beyond helping get code enforcement documents for me to provide to my insurance. Day of, they showed up on time and stayed until dark, came back, and completed everything that wasn’t finished in a timely manner. 100% recommend Cloud 9 for your roofing and gutter needs. Not only did they answer, but the OWNER answered and talked to me, answering my questions for over twenty minutes. I had an employee at my property the next day!
