I would recommend them to everyone. We had our entire roof and shed roof replaced by Cloud9 Roofing. They were excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and reasonable in price. Tanner, our sales rep, was great. The owners were also quite nice and easy to work with on the project (thanks Mathias and Emily). The guys that did the physical part of the job were excellent; they stayed for over 12 hours until the job was complete. I wanted to thank them also as they were meticulous and paid attention to details. Thanks to all.

Choosing Cloud9 Was the Right Move Aug 28, 2025

Of the five roofing companies that we contacted for estimates to replace our 20-year-old (and apparently uninsurable due to its age, according to our insurer) roof, only Cloud9 Roofing presented us with options for quality and cost. Cloud9's owner is very responsive and has kept tabs (no pun intended) personally throughout the job as well as after the sale. Cloud9's crew was able to tear off and replace our roof in just one day, even with the unplanned complication of needing to install 4'x8' sheets before shingling, and they very carefully and thoroughly cleaned up during the job and upon completion. While only time and weather will reveal the practical quality of the materials and of their workmanship, we feel very confident that choosing Cloud9 was and is the right move.

Cloud 9 did a great job replacing my roof! They showed me a variety of styles and colors to look at and choose my new roof. Cloud 9 measured how much was needed for the job. Because the roof had damage from the hail, the gutters had to be replaced with the gutter guards. Cloud 9 showed up and tore everything that was damaged with the shingles as well. Prepped the wood before laying down the new shingles. It took a couple of days to finish the job, but they removed all the unused items in the area. Then cleaned up and loaded all the old shingles, gutters, wood, and trash and hauled it away. I would definitely recommend them. Mathias and Emily are very knowledgeable about the work, roof types, parts, and courteous about answering questions you may have.

We have had a wonderful experience with Cloud 9 Roofing! They were very patient and understanding while waiting on our insurance for our hail damage claim. Once we got them the deposit, they were very quick to get us on the schedule for a new roof and gutters. Cameron kept up contact with us throughout the whole process to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Overall did a great job from tear down to replacement. Mathias kept the lines of communication open and Patrick was on site taking care of my questions and concerns. Had one concern with some decking and all it took was a text to Mathias. The crew was back out the next day and replaced the decking with new. They did a great job.

We were very pleased with Cloud 9 Roofing...from start to finish! Communication, on-time arrival, and attention to detail were great. They took care of all the little details with the insurance company, even met with the adjuster on their schedule. We were given locations near us to see what an entire roof looked like, which was very helpful. They even brought large sample boards with colors we had not been able to see in person. Patience with us selecting the shingle deserves a 15 on a 10 point scale! All of the workers were very polite and personable. They were very careful to not damage any screens, siding, or landscaping. Clean up was meticulous, which was very important to us as well. No complaints from us on anything! We highly recommend Cloud 9 Roofing!
