There is not enough room to say all the good things about Mathias and his crews. Honesty, integrity, quality! From first contact you know the difference. I met Mathias for an estimate on my roof. I was already in the process of windows and siding with someone who just disappeared (who I had paid). It had been a nightmare! Mathias and crew helped me through it all, step by step, and in no time they took over and had my siding installed. It's gorgeous! Everyone you come into contact with are amazing people. Kind, honest, hard workers, always on time! Fantastic communication. He had a contact and coordinated everything. I did not worry about one thing at all! Made a complicated situation much easier
Mathias and the team at Cloud9 were amazing to work with. They responded quickly to my request for a roof inspection, provided a well-documented report with photographs to show the damage my roof had suffered, and then helped to work with the insurance to be sure all the damages were covered. Essentially, my entire neighborhood ended up needing new roofs/siding and yet my house was the very first done, and throughout it all Mathias remained in close contact so I knew what to expect. Mathias and his team were great to work with. After the recent hail storm that hit our neighborhood, we were inundated with roofers for weeks. Cloud 9 stood out among the others and took great care of us. Our roof went on in one day, only a week after insurance approved the replacement. He provided lots of pictures of where wood needed to be replaced, and sent a team out to make a repair on some wood that got accidentally damaged during the replacement. Would highly recommend!

Had roof and guttering replaced after recent hail storm in Parkville. Mathias and Randy inspected the roof and made the insurance claim process easy. Mathias personally met the claims adjuster on a Sunday to inspect the roof, set up the materials delivery, and had a crew do the replacement within 2 weeks of the claim. He communicated well throughout the process. Both the roof and guttering replacement were quality jobs, and would recommend Cloud 9 Roofing to others.

This is the first time I’ve had to deal with getting a roof repaired. Taylor, who came out for the initial inspection, was great, took a ton of pictures, and explained everything. Mathias made sure to be available during the insurance adjuster inspection, which proved helpful as there were some codes and things that needed adjusting. Beginning to end this was less than 2 weeks!! Amazing experience all around!! Will definitely use for any future projects and tell my friends and family!

Mathias with Cloud 9 was the most professional and knowledgeable of 3 roofing contractors that I met with. He was the only one to take care of all issues I had prior to signing a contract. The other guys were all about signing a contract and not doing what was necessary to take care of customer concerns. That would have left me liable for what they excluded from their proposal. Cloud 9 was the only company who could provide a realistic quote without relying on an insurance company to provide it and address all the issues their competitors would not.
